2. **UV_TEST_AREA_B**: 无人车B测试区域
- 覆盖路线120.086965,36.368599 → 120.086263,36.370484
- 规则WARNING级别需要权限验证
3. **UV_INTERSECTION_ZONE**: 交汇测试区域
- 覆盖两车可能相交的区域
- 规则CRITICAL级别需要最高权限
