tian 665747a846 feat: standalone detection equipment API + task detail includes detections ... IScenarioService: AddDetection/DeleteDetection/GetDetections (independent of SaveDeployment overwrite). Repository: GetByTaskIdAndRole filters by equipment role. TaskFullConfig.Equipment already includes detections (GetTaskDetail.GetByTaskId returns all).
