tian 1f092e8647 refactor: 密度阈值统一在引擎检查(ammo.EffectiveConcentration),去掉三个模型的硬编码
- SimulationEngine: 密度<EffectiveConcentration则跳过损伤
- InertGas/ActiveMaterial/ActiveFuel 移除各自的硬编码阈值
- CloudExpansionModel新增TurbulentRadius属性
- DefaultAmmunition ActiveMaterial EffectiveConcentration 0.0002→0.0001
