docs: 删除过时命令草稿 命令.md

- 该文档为旧项目(Rk3588Sys/rk3588-agent/managerd)时代命令备忘,
  引用的项目名/路径/二进制名全部过时,比已删的 guide.md 更旧
- 唯一仍有效的模型转换命令(pt2rknn_yolov8.py)已迁移至 guides/models.md

用 systemdUbuntu 22.04 / root部署并后台常驻运行 agent
1) 放置文件
在板子上执行(按你实际文件名/路径调整):
