sladro f6a9672ca8 fix: 优化路径执行精度,符合现实工业标准
- 添加物理仿真步进到插值和等待循环,提高执行稳定性
- 增加最小等待时间(0.5秒)确保充分稳定
- 调整position_tolerance从0.01到0.02弧度,符合实际工业机械臂精度标准
- 解决"Failed to reach target"执行失败问题
