修复/api/export/model接口JSON格式错误

核心修复:
- 修复路径字符串未转义导致JSON格式错误的问题
- 为所有字符串字段添加EscapeJsonString转义处理
- 移动EscapeJsonString函数定义位置,解决编译错误
- 确保输出JSON格式完全符合标准

技术改进:
- exportPath、originalFile、dirname、filename等路径字段正确转义反斜杠
- error_message字段转义特殊字符,避免JSON破损
- 修复Windows路径"D:\"变成"D:\\"的正确格式
- 解决编译器找不到标识符错误
